2: Do you offer trial classes ?
Yes, we do !
We believe the best way to know if a class is the right fit is to experience it. Parents can book a
trial session before committing to a full programme.
3: How do I register for a programme/workshop ?
Simply fill out our contact form or reach us directly via WhatsApp or email.
Our team will guide you through available slots, teacher matching, and payment details.
4: How long are your lessons ?
Most lessons run for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the programme and student's age.
Workshops and holiday camps may vary in duration. Details will be shared in each workshop listing.
5: How is progress tracked ?
Our teachers provide personalised feedback after each lesson and share progress with parents regularly.
For long-term students, we track skill development milestones and offer informal assessments to celebrate growth.
6: What is your refund and cancellation policy ?
We understand that plans can change. Trial classes: Non-refundable once booked, but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Regular lessons: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be credited or rescheduled. Workshops: Fees are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least one week in advance.
For notice given within a week, a partial refund will apply to cover administrative and preparation costs.
